STALLIONS ANNOUNCED FOR THE TBA’S 2023 FLAT STALLION PARADE

A total of seven stallions embarking on either their first or second seasons at stud will attend the 2023 TBA Flat Stallion Parade at Tattersalls, Newmarket on Thursday, 2 February.  

Breeders, owners, trainers, agents and bloodstock enthusiasts will have the opportunity to view the latest recruits to the stallion ranks at 11am in the sales ring.

Racing Broadcaster Gina Bryce and Tattersalls’ Shirley Anderson-Jolag will guide attendees through the parade discussing each stallion and their racing career.

CATURRA - Mehmas ex Shoshoni Wind

CENTURY DREAM - Cape Cross ex Salacia

LOPE Y FERNANDEZ - Lope De Vega ex Black Dahlia

STRADIVARIUS - Sea The Stars ex Private Life

UBETTABELIEVEIT - Kodiac ex Ladylishandra   

Stallions will be available for viewing afterwards in the Left Yard where hot drinks and light refreshments will be served in the TBA’s hospitality box. Breeders are welcome to inspect the horses, discuss mating plans and nomination enquiries with stallion managers.   

TBA Deputy Chairman, Philip Newton said: “The Flat Stallion Parade is always a popular event for breeders, enthusiasts and members. It is a great opportunity to see some of the top performers on the turf as they embark on their new careers.
